Post Memory Problem a.k.a Beep #_#

ok now.

i bought these:
Kingston HyperX PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2 800MHZ CL4-4-4-12 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit
NCIX.com - Buy Kingston HyperX PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2 800MHZ CL4-4-4-12 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit - KHX6400D2LLK2/2G In Canada.

recommanded in my motherboard manual.

So i take off the one i had ..and install both:

Legend:
| <- Memory Stick.
[ ] <- Memory Slot.

slot1[|]-[|]slot2 ...BEEP...ok lets take one off.
slot1[|]-[ ]slot2 ...BEEP...ok lets put it in the other one.
slot1[ ]-[|]slot2 ...WORKS.. ok what now

what's the problem? both can work on the second slot but
i'll get a beep whenever i put it in the first memory slot.

[i've checked with cpu-z to make sure i was talking about the correct memory slot.]

i've also look at several website talking about "Memory Timing"
but those sites shows alot of options in the bios....hmm my bios
only has 3 options for that specific thing.

any help???

p.s. : just got those today
