Motherboard Help

Hi all, this is my first post

I want to change my motherboard in my pretty old school pc. I have found a bundle from maplin
5000 Athlon 64 Dual Core CPU and Board Bundle plus 1GB DDR2 Memory > Maplin.
It comes with ram and processor, I want to know what else would need to be changed, i.e psu hard drives etc.
The system I would be upgrading from is an intel MB not too sure on what board, but it's a socket 478 with a 2.4 ghz p4.

EDIT: The current board I have is an intel D845PESV
