Default Moving graphics card from 1 computer to another?

I have an NVidia Geforce 6600 graphics card (PCI Express X 16) installed in an HP Compaq D7100, pentium 4 3.4 ghz (915G Express chipset). I would like to move it to a different system with a Conroe 6750 processor, and an ASUS P5GC-MX (Intel® 945GC / ICH7 chipset). Is this possible?

Thanks.
