I have a Philips GoGear 6GB player (HDD1630/17) and starting a couple of days ago when I pluged it in to charge, it did nothing. I have had it for a year and used it almost every day. I am planning on calling the support line but thought I would make a post first because I hate calling those things.
If anyone has any ideas, let me know. |

IMOHO, if it is still under guarantee, do not touch it.
This way you will not void it and your chances of getting a replacement will improve. If it is not in the manual, painful as it might be, call the help line.
