Question MP3 Volume changing software

Hi

Does anyone know of a software package preferably free that alows you to re-save MP3 files with a different volume setting. This is for my PSP as the MP3 I currently have on my PC when i save them on the PSP and try to listen to them are really really quiet ????

But, if you have Nero, it can do it for you.
Also, dB PowerAmp may do it aswell.

try upgrading the firmware of your PSP coz in w810i it worked.

try goldwave to increase the volume but its time consuming.
