When every a page loads on my computer and i am listening to itunes the music starts to sound werid like it is super skipping but if i pause it, it stops, untill i load another page, and i just downloaded itunes 7 if that has anything to do with it but it was not doing it for like the first 3 days i had it.

First do Ctrl-alt-del and open the performance tab in Task Manager. See if the CPU usage is high, and if so find out which process is using most of it.

That's down to your processor. I get that on older computers (P3 or less). Basically your processor can't devote enough time to the music player when it's trying to render a webpage. The solution is to use a lighter media player ie NOT itunes, Realplayer, WMP...
