My desktop not power on

I'm a newbie here so I hope this is the right forum ... if not please let me know what's the problem.
I use NSK4480 MiniTower ATX Case
I touch the power buttom on destop computer in my office, and I only see the power light is on. The screen shows " no signal "
Does anyone have any clues?

First of all (Welcome to Hf Hardware forums) Can you give more info?
What happen when you reboot ?It could be a number of things, Power supply, bad ram, Or Motherboard...need a little more info

Have you changed, added, removed, any hardware recently?
