Hi I've been looking into getting a new monitor and have narrowed it down to 3 but don't know which one to go for.
I think the Samsung has the best specs but I've had so many people recommending LG and DELL(LG) what do you think? Maybe there is a better screen than these that I haven't seen yet. SAMSUNG SM-2232BW LG L227WT DELL E228WFP Thanks for your help Last edited by mrdogcat; 28-04-2008 at 09:58 PM. |

Try doing this to post your links
[url="www.link-to-website.com/something"]a nice clean link[./URL] (without the . in ./URL) The above bbcode will turn into this when you post it: a nice clean link Or, the simple way to do the above is to copy the address of the website, type what you want the link to say and then click the link button ( ) and paste the website address into the box that appears (but make sure you remove the "http://" before you post the link)

anyways i think it's down to two monitors the the Samsung and Dell, personally i would go for the Samsung becuase it has the best performance out of the three but the Dell monitor looks nicer. here are specs: Samsung SM-2232BW - 1680 x 1050 Optimum Resolution - Response Time: 2ms (lower=better) - Contrast Ratio: 3000:1 - Brightness: 300cd/m2 - 16.7M Colours - Interface: Analog / Digital - Viewing Angle (H/V): 170°/ 170° Dell E228WFP - 1680 x 1050 Optimum Resolution - Response Time: 5ms - Contrast Ratio: 800:1 - Brightness: 300 cd/m2 - 16.2 Million Colours - One DVI-D Input w/HDCP Support - One Analogue Input
