Default need help with key combining

hello is there a program out there that will let me combine these two keys "CTRL+B" to a single keystroke.. say 'b' instead of both keys

'cause at work im constantly making 'bookmarks' for individual pages in acrobat. i have to highlight a section of text on a page and press CTRL+B about 2x per page and I have about 10,000 pages to do

thanks i hope someone can help me with this

i think you can use Sticky keys to achieve that, just press any 2 keys to turn it off, but i think you turn it on in Control Panel (somewhere)
