The machine configuration is :
AMD - Athelon 64 with asus m2n mx se motherboard. When I install a 32 bit OS I have no issues in installing the lan card. However the Machine becomes unstable, where as when I install windows XP- 64 bit the machine remains stable but it doesn't recognizes external Lan Cards.Currently the OS is windows XP- 64 bit and I am not able to configure my Intex Lan card on it.

My Computer

What's the model of the Intex Lan card?

When you say that the system doesn't recognize the Intex card, is it showing up in Device Manager on XP-64?
