needs for a forum
I was planning to create forum (non-free), and there are some questions I have about this:
I'm planning to buy a vBulletin forum, but what payment options are there for a country in the EU (except credit card and paypal)? And how much storage do I need on a webserver to host the forum? edit: I don't know if I posted this in the correct section

Unfortunately vBulletin only accepts Paypal and Credit Cards.
The basic installation of vBulletin is about 20Mb in size, so a 100Mb hosting would be enough, unless you want to host attachments, avatars, signatures, files etc.
