That motherboard is listed as supporting DDr2 PC 6400, not PC8500. You could save quite a bit by jumping down to the Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 2x 1GB. It's 111$ after the rebate right now.

The only other thing I'd worry about is this: Since you're using old parts, be aware that you can only hook up two IDE devices on that board.

I'd avoid CoolMax and PowerTek. I've never heard of the latter, and the former has had junk products.

Don't go by wattage. There are three different voltage rails coming from the power supply, and much of the new components run off the +12V rail. The could still get the 750W with high amperage +3.3V and +5V rails.

Also, that's extremely cheap for a 750W PSU. Most start at around $160...well, the ones from reputable companies like OCZ and FSP.

I could send a lot of excellent PSU's now, but that Corsair you've swapped in is a solid choice. If you were looking at SLI, then I might suggest something else, but Corsair is making some damn good power supplies.

As it stands now, it looks like a solid build. Cheaper motherboards can be had, but given the price of the Gigabyte, the savings aren't that significant.
