new gfx
i got a new graphics card but it dosent fit into my mb.
was a gainward nvidia goes like hell 6800gs pcx 512mb i think it needed a pci express slot?? my mb is just a standard one, could someboady tell me if this is why the card didnt fit? and also recommend another powerful card but without the pci express bit cheers!!! |

Some websites say PCX instead of PCIe.
This is what an AGP slot looks like. This is what and PCIe slot looks like. Check your motherboard and see what slot it has before proceeding.

Yes. If you still want the GS, there is an AGP version.
It's a good card for the money.
