Hi all,
Just bought a Samsung 2232BW 22" with native res of 1680 x 1050, everthing went fine plug and play and installed drivers but when playing any game there is an annoying screen judder, it appears to be the whole screen than jumps / twitches. I have uninstalled and re-installed the drivers, tried the old resolution I was using of 1280 x 1024 and replaced the monitor as I was told it could be faulty but still no joy. Spec: MSI K9APL Mainboard AMD 64 X2 6000+ 2GB RAM 2 x Sapphire Radeon X1950XTX Crossfire Seagate 250GB Samsung 2232BW Edit/Delete Message |

You mean drivers for monitor? Have you try to upgrade the video card drivers.

Yeah, the monitor drivers I've installed and re-installed though the most recent time I tried it they seemed to be still installed instead of the microsoft general plug and play.
The Catalyst Control Drive is the latest version so I havent tried re-installing that. |

I think it is better to upgrade the drivers. Before that check both monitor and system separately with another monitor and system.

I've now reinstalled all drivers which hasn't solved the problem and I've checked my old 17" LCD which also works fine but still no joy
. Stoopid monitors I have no idea what it could be and the manufacturer and retailer are no help either.

Don't have warranty for your monitor. If so ask another one saying your issue to them. It is better doing any more on it, I think.
