Default New Rig, Need Motherboard Help

I'm building a new rig and I've never been very good at finding compatible parts, so I've been asking around for help and I've put together all the parts I need. The only thing I need is a Intel Motherboard that will support all the pieces I've put together and I don't have the confidence to pick one myself, if any of you would help find me one on Newegg it would be much appreciated.

These are my current pieces

And this is the motherboard that I was looking at but I'm not sure it'll support all the functions on my other hardware.

Motherboard

Any other help with building this computer in general or any advice would also be very much appreciated.

the q9450 is a wast, grab a q6600, if you are overclocking also it will be easier to overclock then the q9450 as it has low fsb holes and a low multiplyer. Grab a 550vx for the psu...that mobo is fine, but im not sure how well it will overclock, if u are overclocking then pick up a asus p5k.

So you can guarantee it will work with 4GB Duel Channel DDR2 RAM, an ATI HD 4870, and an Intel Quad Core?

My Computer

i can't see any major problems, but, i've only had a quick look

what i did notice is: you have selected 1 SATA DVD-ROM & 1 IDE DVD+/-RW drives, why?

you may as well get 2 IDE drives, because an optical drive is slower than both IDE & SATA

aswell i noticed the PSU only has dual rails, although, the PSU output appear fine if they are to be believed. personally i have a single core intel @3Ghz power very easily by an Antec TP II Trio 550W
