My Computer

Cool New router on a BIG budget

Hi everybody, my 1st post for a little while now, here goes.

For the last 5 years or so, I have been using internet connection sharing through a USB modem on the main computer with the permanent internet connection, and when my dad decides to switch it off, I rob it and use it directly on mine for the rest of the night

But times are changing, I am moving my Xbox 360 in my room soon and want to go on the internet with it. My brother in the next room wants his wii online, wireless (802.11b/g). I have a <1mtr streight through cable for my PC to the router, a 7-8mtr crossover one which leads to my other PC downstairs and a 5 mtr streight through cable which came out my Xbox 360 packaging and will connect to my Xbox 360 console.

I am on a high budget, £80-£100 max but if I can get a good enough one for less, I will do that.

The router must be:

Wireless b/g compatible
4 Wired ports (preferably autosense ones, but not absolutely necessary)
Work with Windows XP Home Edition and Vista Ultimate x64 Edition.
Have a built in modem so I don't have to buy a seperate RJ-45 Modem.
Work with Xbox 360 LIVE (no conflicting)
Relatively easy to set up

I need some suggestions please, on any good routers, i.e. ones that are good for gaming, don't cause lag / generally slow and won't die on me after a couple of years of use.

I have heard mixed stories about NETGEAR's, some good, some bad. Linksys I have heard are superb and Dlink have made an officially Vista compatible router.

Thanks in advance for your advice
