I got Trapt's Someone In Control and Disturbed's Ten Thousand Fists.
Someone In Control is the first CD in a long time that I didn't want to stop listening to and just go to the single. They've got their own subtle style, and the single 'Stand Up' is just a taste of the entire CD. Some CD's tend to have a few rockin' tracks and then have some really low-key stuff, which is fine, except when only the heavy stuff is showcased and then you find out the rest of the CD isn't like what's on the radio. I haven't listened all the way through Ten Thousand Fists, but I've been impressed so far. David Draiman has a great voice and it's still showing. The track Stricken is the main reason outside of that I like Disturbed that I got this CD. Anyone else got these CD's (I know I'm old fashioned for buying CD's) |

Haven't heard much of Trapt, but I've been a fan of Disturbed for a while, and have that album. Pretty good, I'm still currently way in to Iced Earth/Pantera esque metal to give other groups a chance, but it's a good listen.
