Default no agp texture acceleration in d915gav board

my intel d915 gav agp texture acceleration is disabled what should i do

although it plays games

I'd make sure that you have the latest chipset drivers installed. If you have a separate video card (vs. on-board), snag the latest drivers for that afterwords.

i have installed all the latest chipset inf also graphic driver and also

updated the bios but the built in graphic chip of d915 gav shows no

agp texture acceleration in direct x although the games are running

on like i am playing unreal 2 with full graphic options but why it not

showing agp texture acceleration

I don't know if you have it in BIOS, but if you do, the AGP apeture size should be set to at least 64MB. If it's not it sorta disables AGP. The other thing I can think of is that there really isn't AGP at all on the newest Intel chipsets (i915 and i925), so if Direct X is telling you that but things are working fine, I really wouldn't worry about it. You could make sure that DirectX is up to date if you haven't already.
