My Computer

Default No More Folding

Sorry guys I've stopped folding as of last night

I was just cleaning out my front vent for better air flow, sorting some more cables and clearing off the paste of the cpu and replacing it with AS5, for no apparent reason my HSF clip snapped.. must have been weak as it was put on properly, but when i put it back one of the clips has snapped.

Subsequently i don't have a HSF thats seated or making proper contact with the processor so my pc is off.

I was going to get a new HSF, as i was thinking about it anyway, problem is i don't see the point as i'm going to be away on holiday for a month as of tuesday (away from home).

So my pc is not on, let alone running F@H

Just using my 450Mhz server to post and check mail, i think ive got it running on my 2 450Mhz pc's, but thats about it

So i'll be back with F@H next year, mid january

Yeh well, I'm away for a month anyway, so only 3 days before i go away for 5 1/2 weeks anyway, so it doesn't really matter too much.

Nope i'm still ahead of you at the moment..

+ my 64 has only done one WU lol

Looks like i'm going to have to get a working HSF anyway as my 64 now runs as my server, and my 450mhz server is running as a firewall. No internet unless my computer is on.

Enjoy overtaking me anyway

Even with a P2 you should still be able to knock up some extra WUs a points.

Oh yea I can't believe we were actualy gonna do that. If I would have got it I would have used it as a file server or a firewall and would have then put f@h on it.
