When browsing with Firefox or IE, I noticed that I could hover my mouse over a post to get a preview of the text inside. When I try this in Opera, it just displays the 'URL address'. Is there any reason for this, and is it too difficult to implement?

maybe its something to do with Opera, rather than the HTML code? I can't think of a reason as to why it won't show it, hmm, well does Opera support the title tag?
Code:
title="this is the preview"
