Default No Sound on Paviolion pc

Im a newbie here so please keep it simple for my sake

ok... i have an hp pavilion a630n and i went to the the site that allowed me to install original sound drivers

after doing so, i checked control panel (sounds and audio devices) and it STILL says "no audio device"

Im sure that my hardware is connected... I don't know what else to do

plzz help asap

Do you have onboard sound,or do you have a sound card ? What is the cards
model and make ?

So you have downloaded this Audio Driver file.
Go to Device Manager (Right Click MyComputer > Manage > DeviceManager) and see if there is a yellow traingle with exclamatery sign with the Audio devices... If yes then right click on it and uninstall it... Install those downloaded drivers then..n c if that works.
