what do you mean with "will freeze and not restart as intended"?

*The system would freeze and isn't responting (if yes - to what level) or you can't restart your computer using windows?

*What's the "certain point" at which the freezing happens?

it says that the system is likely to hang or freeze during the process but will restart. however it doesnt restart, i had it going for 3 hrs and it froze with like 50 mins left to go

oh, okay, so you ran the optimisation algorythm. The thing is - it has been written for a fairly wide variety of hardware and in your particular case, it seems to be not working.

I say, OC or optimise your system manually - if you keep steady and read some info about what you configure, you can achieve a much more better result (especially because the ntune isn't working).

OR wait for a newer version of ntune.

So, if no instability of the system occours when you play games or use some heavy applications, don't worry.
