The "Perfect" RTS Game

Just wanted some advice on getting an RTS game.
I prefer one thats not the same game over and over "Tiberium Wars" and adds a little vareity to it, making each game unpredictable.

Any Suggestions? :|

company of hero's, supreme commander had some pretty sweet missions and the multiplayer is cool, also, look into the total war series.

Supreme Commander. If you try to use C&C Tank Rush tactics you'll get demolished in seconds.

well, its massively strategic, like woah, and its a real slow paced game, on a really large scale, but i dunno, to be honest, not exactly my type of RTS

has anyone heard anything about spore, i have seen vids online and it looks sweet! It starts off as an RPG and turns into a MASSIVE RTS thats always different bc you control it. i recommend if you have not heard anything about it, go look for a 36 min vid on google vids.
