Default Php 5.2.6

I'm trying to install php on one of my new servers, and it has worked for me every single other time, I even followed step by step instructions, I am still getting a 404 error for every single php file.

I'm using server 2003 with IIS 6.

I just put it on another server, and it works fine, nothing is different between each server. But the one gives a 404 error, when the file is in fact there!

My Computer

Does IIS 6 provide error log? as those would be the best place to look and see what could be wrong.

edit: would also recommend moving to cent os or ubuntu server if you don't mind a learning curve

I checked the IIS logs, and there's no error it just shows an HTTP get for the file.
