ive found that the PM folder are only for PMs sent to you, & you can't add sent items to either the user created folders or create folders, it would be v v useful if i could move PMs ive sent to the user created folders
what does anybody think ?

That seems to be the way vBulletin was written. I don't know if there's a mod/hack that can change it. Something to look into.

I think it can't, as Big B way of build. Usually I remain them as it is.
