Default pop up problem

Hi I am not very experienced with computers, internet etc and every time i log on to the net pop ups from microsoft and adobe corporation pop saying that their website wants to open up programs or something with my computer and if iwill allow it. iI always clik no but they keep on popping up every change of page and even when i click allow it carries on plauging me!!! i know i'm not the best on the computer, but i just dont understand how to put protect mode on my web browser or change adminastrator settings. please help and reply via email please. thanks in advance. cagliostro99920@yahoo.com

What browser do you use ? And check out a program called AdMuncher, it will
solve your problem...
