    Intel® 440ZX AGPset Product Overview

Well they are the fastest Slot 1 Pentium IIs they made, both celeron and standard.

The fastest Pentium III Slot 1 was 1000mhz. They did the 100mhz FSB (PIII 1000) and the 133mhz FSB (the PIII 1000b)

They might work, they are the same slot and fsb, the voltage is only 1.7v so you'd need to lower you voltage but they are also 180nm architecture whereas the PII cpus are all 250nm....and its PIII. Its a different generation altogether and intel dont make the point of the 44zx supporting it.
