Depends how much you are willing to pay. HDD duplicators do the job but some of them only duplicate HDD and overwrite everything on target HDD. Maybe used/cheap PC with removable HDD docks is better option.

Network Attached Storage is file-level computer data storage connected to a computer network providing data access to a group of clients. It is a kind storage container such as SATA hard disk drive which can be used as an internal PC hard drive. I do not prefer any external devices for my data storage. I am currently using Free CloudBacko for my data storage. It supports all major operating systems. But NAS run a only on the Linux operating system. If you're familiar with Linux, then you will be comfortable. However, most typical Windows and Mac users probably won't have much familiarity with Linux and thus could run into trouble if they need to do anything complicated. It would be difficult to find log files if storage device will not support your operating system. So I think you should go for CloudBacko for your storage related problems.
