No Blu-ray Detected

    For some reason my PC cant see my blu-ray reader in My Computer.

    I open up device manager and (See The Pic) shows up. I've never had this before and would be interested in learning the solution. Bios see's the drives obviously, but it seems maybe its some kind of controller issue.

    You might want to make sure the BIOS has the controller set to IDE mode instead of RAID mode.

    SATA controller is set to RAID due to 2x SSD in raid-0. I haven't made any bios changes which is why I didn't mention it.

    I'm thinking that the drivers are messed up, since they are windows own I am finding this a little more difficult

    Well, that's likely the issue. Optical devices don't tend to work well in RAID mode, regardless of the driver. If you have a port running off a separate controller, you might move the drive to that one.
