    I upgraded my windows 8.1 to windows 10 on the 01/08/15.

    The issues I have are:-

    Have a start menu but will not open

    Windows edge will not open

    No Cortana

    Cannot add another user

    What I have tried to date are:-

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:C:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Get an error with this Get-AppXPackage not recognized.

    sfc /scannow

    Get-appxpackage -all *shellexperience* -packagetype bundle |% {add-appxpackage -register -disabledevelopmentmode ($_.installlocation + “\appxmetadata\appxbundlemanifest.xml”)}

    Do any of you guys know of any think else I can try? Also I f I roll back to windows 8.1 can I still come back to windows 10 in say 6 moths time?

    Cheer’s

    Correction Ghostman, the download was done by media creation tool from windows website. I'm now looking to do a clean install, do you think this would work for me?

    Yea! something is not right with the upgrade.. The Best way is to do a fresh/clean install.. Your computer is fairly new and Should have no problems with a clean Install..
