hiper power modular type r psu 580 watt (for sli) ive tried anti virus ,spyware wiped hd everything .
if uve wiped ur hd and everything, i assume u have done a format, i reckon its hardware related becoz after formatting ur hd, everything is basically wiped.
temps of gfx card are 60-70 on idle and on load 80-90 and my cpu 40 normal and on load and 50-55 on load
Try reloading the chipset drivers also, and make sure DMA is enabled on all your HDDs. Also, make sure your video card's power header is plugged in firmly!

and this doesnt seem right look at the clocks Graphics Card Manufacturer Built by ATI Graphics Chipset Radeon X1900 Series Device ID 7249 Vendor 1002 Subsystem ID 0B12 Subsystem Vendor ID 1002 Bus Type PCI Express Current Bus Setting PCI Express BIOS Version 009.012.005.002 BIOS Part Number 113-A52021-104 BIOS Date 2005/12/21 Memory Size 512 MB Memory Type DDR3 Core Clock in MHz 500 MHz Memory Clock in MHz 594 MHz Primary Display Yes
you core clock aint at the right speed, depending what manufacturer made your card eg powercooler, His etc.. your core clock should be around 620mhz, your card could possibly be faulty, get an overclocking tool like riviatuner (i think its for ATi and Nvidia) and overclock the core to 620mhz as 500mhz just aint right. Also 40 degrees idle for your 3700+ cpu, what cooler are you using, i use stock cooler, i am running at 2.8ghz and my idle temp is 32 degrees, its worth tidying the inside of your case if its messy and putting some decent thermal paste on the CPU.
Yes ive tried what you says , my cooler is a akasa ak-855 , apperantly my fan is running slow to ill reinstall the sodtware i use to find out fan speeds and check .
check your heatsink/fan on your graphics card and cpu to see if there secured properly, and install all new drivers, including amd drivers.
