Unhappy Power Tree "S600B" UPS and Communication interface port

I have a Power Tree "S600B" UPS. It have a 9 pin Communication interface port. Can I connect it with computer for automatic shutdown and management? If yes where could I get driver for it.

Note:A driver CD is included with Power Tree "RUPS 2000"; But no CD is included with Power Tree "S600B" UPS.

I think this Communication interface port is a dummy

I'm not able to dig up much, but the little that I am finding suggests that your assumptions are correct. It doesn't appear to have any sort of automatic shut-down mechanism, so that serial port is likely for show. It might be worth a shot to connect a 9-pin serial cable from the UPS to your system. Windows may have a built-in driver for it, or support it with a generic UPS driver.
