Smile power up problem

When I try to boot up the computer nothing happens. The fans are running, power supply fan is on. I looked at the motherboard light and it is dim. I can not even eject the cd player. The power light on the computer case is also dim.
Do you think that the power supply went bad. Please help if you can.

Thank You.

My Computer

yeah it also sounds to me like it is your power supply, try another power supply on it and go from there, also, see if the cpu fan is working
