printer jammed

hi a stupid thing has happened a ring has fell into my printer and the paper will not feed through keep getting message paper jammed but it is the ring causing the problem i have tried turning the printer upside down and giving it a good shake but it will not budge is there a way i can get it out without causing more damage my printer is an epsom DX4050 would be very grateful for any advice as i know nothing about the internal workings of printers thanks

Unplug.Remove all paper. and use what ever you have too to get it out,or it will damage the printer heads.. you might have to pull it apart..

thnx m8 fixed it had to take printer apart working ok now thnx again anyway appreciated
