Printer Printing Weird

Not sure what happened but must have changed something somewhere. The first attached is what I see and want, and the 2nd attached is what I'm getting.

Must be a really easy fix, but I'm lost.

Just noticed this the other day, notice the third pul down window near the bottom, Encoding: this is new. How can I get rid of this or what setting shoud it be set at?

I have reinstalled the printer and the drivers, but still the same thing happens. I noticed that I do not have a HTML editor in the Internet Options, wondering if this might be the problem.
