Red face Problem with graphics

Hi to all @HF, hope i'm not being to forward as this is my first post.
My problem is with my motherboard and graphics card, can any help i'm usually good with PC build. Motherboard is a Winfast 760GXK8MB, Graphics is ASUS A9550GE 256DDR by ATI, 512MB DDR kingston memory, AMD Sampron 3000 CPU and 400W PSU. Keeps shuting down when i close livewire, azureus or ADSLguide speed test, i've updated bios still happening, any ideas would be helpful With thanks ian

when did this start to happen, at random or did you install some software? like a p2p sharing program.

Also have you updated to the latest drivers and not just the latest BIOS?
