I am having problem printing postcards with my Brother MFC 640-CW.
Standard paper prints fine. If I print 1 post card it, prints fine. My owner's manual says I can load 30 post cards. If I load 30, it says there is no paper in the printer. If I load about 5-8, it sometimes prints them and it sometimes doesn't. Many paper jams. By the way, the printer driver is set to 4x6 paper size which is the size of my cards. Thanks for the help Carl |

Could it be the sensing switch? when you have 30 it is too heavy?
One of those annoying aspects of Computing, but without trying an alternative (same) printer it's difficult to separate cause and effect. Why don't you ask the manufacturer? ( It might be a known fault/driver fix etc.) |
