Default Question about Internet Exployer 6

I think i unclicked the always ask before openning this file type once for zip files and I dont know how to turn it back
Any1 know how?

yea open itself
this also happens with realmedia files wich arent streaming video just a southpark.rm file
This sucks cuze I cant save it.
It could be somehwere a option in the registry gonna check that now.

strange really, I've not seen a option to auto open the files?! you could right click on the link and say "Save Target As..." ? have you tried that?

Save target doesnt work on all sites and I think the auto open thing is only in IE 6
With exe file its impossible so try it with zip or something u will c it then.

have you tried using a download manager or set default settings for IE 6?

I got a downloadmanager but it doesnt work it even had a option to type the type of file (so like .zip) so it automaticly download it but it didnt work
And default settings didnt work either

Goto on any directory on your HD, open folder options, file types and then to the advanced tab and check confirm opening after download.

That should hopefully fix your problem.
