does anybody know how to change my network adapter back to its original settings? I was in iraq for a year and i had to configure my laptop so it would work with there internet. Now that i am back in the u.s i need to change back to the original settings i had before. That is something i dont remember. Can somebody please help me get my internet working again. I am running winxp.

A dead easy way would be to remove (press delete) on the network adapter from within the computers device manager - this will 'uninstall it'
![]() Then right click on the computer at the top, click 'scan for hardware changes', this will re-install the adapter to the system - the drivers should already be inherent within your system - and you are away
