Default quick ? about FP_Audio

I was wondering if I was supposed to put the ac_97 or the HD_audio into the fp_audio on the motherboard and if I do in fact put one of those in, do i remove the jumpers from the Fp_Audio slot on the motherboard?

I assume that the FP_Audio stands for Front-Panel Audio, if you use a separate Sound card find the jumpers on that, if not then the onborad sound would most probably be the AC'97 Audio. That's based on assumption though.
