Assuming u mean that big 120mm in the back, heres a quiter one I use and prefer
CompUSA.com - Antec TriCool 120mm Blue LED Fan - 761345-75024-0 - Antec » Computer Upgrades » Cooling it also has LED lights so why not? this one has a 3 switch speed allowing u to have the fan go high/med/low power. I keep mine on high cause the noise doesnt bother me and there not that loud Any other ones at COMPUSA u prefer are good too. Just ask the sales clerk for under 30DBA 120mm fans.

You aren't going to get too much of a selection for a socket 604. The fans are smaller (60 - 70mm) so either way they are going to be kinda loud. This is the best I could find for you in under 5 mins though:
Newegg.com - Dynatron H6HG 60mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler - Retail It's got a copper heatsink and a 2 ball bearing 60mm fan.. |

That would definately work if you can fit it in your case. Just remember that the thing is huge... and aluminum.. The 120mm fan would be nice and quiet. The reason why your choices will be limited is because socket 604 isnt exactly a widely used socket. Most consumers use 775 or AM2 now a days so that is what is easiest to get.
