Default RAM Issue , i think lol

I just purchased this PC the other day from tigerdirect... i bought a new power supply 630 watt , a new video card sparkle 8500GT 1gb , and 4 sticks of ram (OCZ PC2 6400 1gbram x 4 800mhz) 4-4-4 @2.1v.

I installed everything and it didn't work, so i took the ram out and put the stock ram back in ( PC2 5400 1gbram x 2 667mhz + PC2 5400 512mb x 2 667mhz ) and everything ran fine.

is there something i have too do too my BIOS? Im really not computer savvy more of a tinkering around hobby.

If my question wasn't clear enough , can i use the ram i purchased (OCZ PC2 6400 1gbram x 4 800mhz) 4-4-4 @2.1v.)
.... if so what will i have too do?

I get a blue screen saying there is some hardware issues when i use this ram ,and i get this error... STOP: 0x0000001a 0x00041287 , 0x1f9a3ea8 , 0x00000000 , 0x00000000
