Question Recommend a good UPS?

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good UPS for my system:

Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W
EVGA 790i FTW
Two 9800 GX2's in SLI
Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650
8GB DDR3-2000
Five 1TB Drives in Raid 5
22" Widescreen LCD, 19" LCD

I'm looking for a UPS that will alarm when there is a power outage and auto shutdown before the battery runs out.

I'm also looking for another small UPS for my projector. Just something that will alarm when the power goes out so I can turn off the projector allowing it to cool before the power dies.

Thanks

Most, if not all UPS's out there do what you're asking. APC and Belkin are some of the better known brands, so I'd go with them. How long you want your system to run when the power is down is the question you're looking at. The higher the VA rating, the longer it should last.
