The first cause is the CPU. You got a Pentium D, and that one is not really suitable for gaming. I'd suggest to use an Intel Core 2 Duo. And the 2nd one is the graphics card. What brand and model is your graphics card? For graphics I suggest at least a Geforce 8800 or a high-end ATI graphics card (3000 series).

I think the x200 is an ATi Inegrated chip (my laptop uses it), and as far as I remember it's pretty much the Radeon 1100 or something

I'd recommend you buy a decent graphics card, or if you can afford, a new PC.

If you don't have a decent add-in card for your video, the best option would be to acquire one. Crysis is pretty demanding to say the least, and trying to pass with integrated video isn't going to be pretty no matter what CPU you have behind in there.

Hay listen mate Crysis was rushed and therefore it was badly written it eats up any system you through at it. If you were to have a top end rig with a 9800GTX in SLi you will play Crysis at around 60/70 fps which is rather bad, COD4 will get around 100fps on same rig.

No, it's caused by high-end graphics. My 8800 GTX can run it at very high. But when you use AA, it is just too much. When you take a game that has about the same graphics, like Assassin's Creed, it requires about the same high-end hardware as Crysis. So then Assassin's Creed would also be badly written.

COD4 is not as heavy as most other games these days.

What do you mean by "affordable"?

Around $100 can get you a GeForce 8600GT.

With 4 GB of RAM, Intel Q6600 and an 8800 GTX, the speed is about 20-25 fps on very high. When you turn on AA, it's even heavier. But I noticed that the performance is faster when you use DX9 mode.

Advanced warfighter runs really fast here, even my laptop can run it without any problems.
