Default Reset license of Vista

Is there any way to remove the license of Vista Home Premium from the activation server. That an activated version can be sold again (called license transfer). I can't find the EULA of Vista anywhere. I can't look for it on the Vista dvd, because I have "resealed" the package.

Can find the EULA Here.

If your trying to return it though you may have a problem, I didn't read the EULA before I installed it but generally once the box is opened it's not longer returnable, and if it has hit the activation server I'd say it's pretty much impossible.

I've reapplied the seal of the DVD box, so it's not visible that it has been opened. So I was thinking to return it to the store. I won't mention that I have activated it though.

YUP. jus say that your brother bought one from somewhere and installed it the other day and you never had time to get around to install this. But your brother had installed it and said that he done it as a birthday present for you. So theres no use keeping this one and can i have a refund please. They can check if its been activated or not anyway

I was wondering if u know wat type of product u have then might be able to resell. Also it would be great if u confirm with the Microsoft itlself... through their customer care centre...

It hasn't got the label "not for resale". But I can tell the guys from the store that my laptop couldn't install Vista, but it did pass the Upgrade advisor test. And if they offer to do the installation by themselves, I just tell them that I don't have the money for a service.

Yeah you're right. I think I'll remove the seal OR leave the seal and tell them that I changed my mind.
