Default Restart Problem

I have been having a serious problem with my computer lately. When I am playing games for a while the computer will just suddenly restart. It has happened even with a fresh format and install on Windows 2000 and Windows XP Pro. I set windows 2000 to show me the error code with the BSOD and it came up with this...

Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal
STOP 0x000000D1
(0xF0000000, 0X00000002, 0X00000001, 0X85460E4F)

Now I don't know if this is the problem it's been having because it has only done it once and im waiting for it to happen again to verify it. But how would I go about fixing this?

also my -12v reading is at something like -167. something....is this correct? My +12V is fine and running at exactly +12V. I don't know if this is related or not.

Any suggestions will be appreciated! :good:

My Computer

http://memtest86.com/

download, burn and run it through atleast a full pass through each test. If you get any errors which I'm sure you will, your ram is failing.

Hmmm. I ran memtest...
When I run the memory sizing in Bios-standard mode it gives me no errors whatsoever for the whole test.
If I run the memory sizing on BIOS-ALL I get like 6 thousand errors....
I don't understand if this means my memory is dying, cause it ran ok on standard mode..please give suggestions!
