Sata II Hard Disk Question??

Hello,

Can i attach SATA-II hard disk with my INTEL 945 GNT motherboard, currently i have SATA-1 harddisk with this board, and it works fine.

So please it will be benefical for me, if someone answers it.

SATA and SATA II have compatible interfaces, so you can use them on the same controller, regardless of it being SATA or SATA II.
