I think the Networking & Security Forum pretty much covers that.
Anything related to Windows security usually goes in the Windows forum

I see nothing under Networking & Security about AntiVirus and Firewall software,
I just thought it might be a good Idea to just have a software security part without the network part...

I think the networking and security forums could do with some sub-forums, e.g. antivirus, firewall, internet problems, so its more easy for users to select the correct forum.
