Hello Forum,

I have Sharper Image Wireless Mini Speakers 900MHz Transmitter (CT413). The wireless transmitter has a feature to shut off when there is no signal. I have the speakers hooked up to my computer. Here's the problem: some programs (titan quest, a game) will turn the wireless transmitter on, but others, most importantly my web bower (firefox) and avi player (VCL), will not turn the wireless transponder on. So the transmitter will shut off if I'm trying to watch an avi file

As far as I can tell, there is no manual or software override to keep the wireless transmitter on.

Thoughts?
