What exactly is rambus memory. Is there anything that makes rambus memory superior to DDR? It's clocked really high so I was wondering how it would compare. It seems pretty much dead to me because I don't see any motherboards supporting it. Although I've read that future video cards may opt for rambus, strange. Thanks.
